32 Lessons from My 32 Year Journey

I still remember my first day of work on 01/08/91 at the Arvind Mills plant in Naroda - an industrial area in Ahmedabad. I still hadn't technically earned my Masters in Labour Welfare, as my results hadn't been announced. In the last 32 years, many things have changed. I have also changed, and I wanted to sit and reflect on what this sometimes challenging, often frustrating, but always rewarding and fulfilling experience has taught me.
Some of these things may seem simple, but I have learnt that it's often the simple things that create the most impact.
